We have a clean finished basement with around 126 square feet of space available. It is accessed through a separate back door to the basement. Our neighborhood is safe, our house has security cameras, and my husband and I generally work from home. We would like to hop on a call with you before renting to you, so we can feel comfortable giving you the keys to our house. We are also looking for renters who are neighbors, within a 15 min drive from our place. Thank you!
