The available space is basically half of a two car garage. I used the other half. I have parked my Ram 1500 4x4 in the sapce available. Garage attached to home. Does no freeze and has foam insulated main door. Access will have to be by appointment. There is 110 volt electricity to run a battery tender. Space is for storage use only and I have parking space outdoors along the side of my house that is Fenced in with a gate which is also for storage only.
