We are first-time home buyers and haven't yet filled up our attic. Whether it's Christmas decorations, window unit air conditioners, or boxes of your college kids' stuff this is a great place to store things that you don't foresee needing to access too often. The space is climate controlled, monitored by security cameras as well as door and window sensors, and is sectioned off from the rest of the attic where we store our things.
